im sorry i havent written in a while my life has become hectic of late and i havent done much of anything except be numb and try to figure things out i am slowly coming out of it and progressing forward and looking at this as just another bump in my long path that i chose to walk.

i just wrote a story in the story part of this. as i was thinking of it i became saddened to think of my grandmother. it brought back many memories of us sitting and talking while doing bead work. she has alzthimers desiease and has no idea who i am any more and that saddens me becuse i feel that she had many more things she could have taught me. she did teach me many things and i know alot about native medicine. you see she was a medicine woman and respected and loved by many who knew her.
